We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 35 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates on W2, 1099, and C2C models, with strong knowledge of US work authorizations and tax terms. This role requires excellent networking skills, relationship management with consultants and vendors, and the ability to deliver quality candidates under tight deadlines.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, networking, and vendor partnerships.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and work authorization.
• Work extensively on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
• Negotiate compensation packages with consultants and ensure compliance with client/VMS requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and close candidates within defined SLAs.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and vendor partners.
• Maintain and update the ATS/Recruitment Tracker regularly.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (submittals, interviews, closures).
• Stay updated with US market hiring trends, immigration policies, and rate benchmarks.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in the staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.).
• Experience with VMS portals and direct client requirements.
• Proven ability to source candidates from multiple job boards and professional networks.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work in the night shifts (EST/CST/PST time zones).
• Prior experience working with tier-1 vendors, direct clients, or MSPs.
• Knowledge of VMS tools like Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.
• Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding hiring targets.
• Work with a high-performing recruitment team focused on the US market.
