Job Description

Job Summary:

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements.
Source and screen candidates across platforms like Dice, Monster , LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
Evaluate resumes and portfolios for relevance in domains such as ML, Cloud, and Embedded Systems.
Conduct technical pre-screens and coordinate interviews.
Maintain and track pipeline progress using ATS and CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends (e.g., Generative AI, Digital Twins, Industry 4.0).

Qualifications:

3 to 7 years of experience in technical recruiting or technical sourcing.
Familiarity with technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, ROS, AWS/Azure/GCP, .NET. (High level knowledge)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using Boolean search, sourcing tools , passive sourcing tools.
