Experience: 5+ years in US Recruiting across IT, Non-IT, and Engineering roles MSP/VMS Compliance: Proven expertise in working with client-specific MSP/VMS processes, including portal submissions, rate negotiations, and compliance tracking Sourcing & Strategy: Strong multi-channel sourcing experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of qualified Infra talent Mandatory Experience: Prior hands-on experience with MSP/VMS platforms such as Allegis, KellyOCG, PRO Unlimited, Beeline, Fieldglass, and Direct Clients US Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of the US job market, time zones, compliance requirements, and cultural nuances Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills
