US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Design and publish job descriptions across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
• Source candidates using ATS, job boards, referrals, and social media
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback
• Manage candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs
• Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events
• Provide regular hiring status updates to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (preferably in IT/Tech hiring)
• Proficiency in ATS tools, resume databases, and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in SAP/ABAP or niche tech hiring
• Exposure to both domestic and international recruitment
• Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to talent acquisition
• Ability to mentor junior recruiters and interns
