Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 Years
Work Mode- Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → interviewing → closing).
• Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and offers with candidates.
• Coordinate with US clients and account managers to understand hiring needs.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment, visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, US Citizens, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in sourcing from job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on night shifts (US time zone).
• Prior exposure to VMS tools and MSP programs.
• Strong client engagement skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
