Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Friday)

eSolutionsFirst LLC is actively looking for Senior IT Recruiters with 3-8 years of experience in US Staffing, preferably with a strong background in supporting direct clients and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3-8 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Proven track record in supporting direct clients for BFSI domain.
• Strong experience working on W2, should understand other Tax Terms (C2C, 1099) too and Visa classifications.
• Experience with various job portals (Dice, Monster, etc.).
• Well-versed with LinkedIn RPS.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Role Highlights:
