Job Summary:

US IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Work on

  Full Time / W2 / 1099 / C2C

  hiring models as per client requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals such as

  Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, Computer Jobs, Yahoo HotJobs,

  and

  ATS tools

  .
• Negotiate salary, rate, and contract terms with candidates and vendors.
• Maintain and update candidate and client databases on a regular basis.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Build strong professional relationships with consultants and clients.
• Stay updated with US market trends, technologies, and visa regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum

  2+ years of experience

  as a

  US IT Recruiter

  in the

  US Staffing Industry

  .
• Strong understanding of

  US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

  and

  US Work Visas (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, etc.)

  .
• Previous professional experience collaborating with

  system integrator (SI)

  clients.
• Proficiency in using leading job boards and ATS tools (

  Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, TechFetch

  , etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written

  communication skills

  .
• Strong

  technical understanding

  of various IT skills and job roles.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduates from any discipline are welcome; candidates with technical backgrounds will be preferred.
