Senior US IT Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior US IT Recruiter to join our fast-paced staffing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting top-tier IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across our Fortune 500 and mid-market clients in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, qualifying, negotiating, and closing candidates
• Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, internal ATS, referrals, and social media
• Recruit for a wide range of technical roles
• Work with account managers and delivery leads to understand job requirements and client priorities
• Evaluate candidates technical skills, visa status, location preference, communication ability, and availability
• Submit high-quality profiles with detailed write-ups to clients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all candidate interactions in the ATS
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, debrief candidates, and manage offers and onboarding
• Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 placements, with a strong understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.)
• Keep up with market trends, skill demands, and client technologies

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of US IT recruiting experience
• Proven experience working with VMS clients and direct relationships
• Deep knowledge of US IT hiring practices, tax terms, and employment types
• Excellent sourcing, networking, and closing skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL) and MS Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
