US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based IT roles, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical and soft skills.
• Manage multiple requisitions while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
• Negotiate offers and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
• Keep up to date with US market trends, technologies, and compensation benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience

  in US IT recruitment with deep exposure to technical hiring.
• Proven success in recruiting for

  product companies

  or fast-paced technology environments.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, visa classifications, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience working independently in a

  remote environment

  with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Expertise with ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience recruiting for product-based organizations.
• Ability to close niche technical roles in a competitive market.
• Strong networking skills to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
