Strong grasp of technical terminology, IT domains, and emerging technology trends. 4. Hands-on experience in using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, to identify qualified candidates via job boards, social media, and networking. 5. Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 6. Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills to engage both candidates and hiring managers. 7. Comprehensive understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099) and relevant visa/immigration processes. 8. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage concurrent roles and deadlines. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT requirements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates. 2. Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach. 3. Create clear and impactful job postings for digital platforms and job portals, ensuring competitive positioning in the market. 4. Assess candidates for technical proficiency, cultural fit, and eligibility for US employment, conducting structured interviews and candidate evaluations. 5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position needs, technical requirements, and organisational goals, ensuring alignment and timely fulfilment of openings. 6. Handle multiple hiring models, including contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire (C2H) positions, ensuring compliance with US employment laws and client expectations. 7. Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities in the ATS, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. 8. Engage in proactive networking, market research, and participation in industry events to build talent pools and stay current with US IT recruitment trends. 9.
