Senior US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source IT professionals for

  niche and hard-to-fill US roles

  using

  LinkedIn Recruiter

  and

  X-Ray search (Google/Boolean techniques)

  .
• Run advanced Boolean searches, InMail campaigns, and build effective candidate pipelines.
• Partner with account managers/recruiters to understand client requirements and deliver qualified profiles.
• Proactively map talent pools and build strong candidate networks.
• Stay updated on

  US staffing trends, skills demand, and sourcing innovations

  .
• Maintain accurate trackers, sourcing reports, and ATS data.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience

  in

  US IT sourcing/recruitment

  .
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, InMails, campaigns, pipelines)

  .
• Proven knowledge of

  X-Ray search

  and advanced Boolean operators.
• Familiarity with

  US staffing models

  (C2C, W2, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).
• Track record of sourcing for

  niche/rare technology skills

  .
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools will be an added advantage.
