Senior US IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Drive the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  – sourcing, screening, qualifying, negotiating, and closing top IT professionals.
• Leverage

  advanced Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder)

  to find talent.
• Partner with

  Account Managers and Delivery Leads

  to align with client needs.
• Evaluate candidates’

  technical skills, work authorization, communication, and availability

  .
• Manage

  interviews, offers, and onboarding

  seamlessly.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years

  of US IT recruiting experience.
• Experience with

  direct client IT requirements

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Boolean searches, LinkedIn sourcing, and niche talent hunting

  .
• Strong understanding of

  tax terms

  and

  US work authorizations

• Proficiency with

  ATS tools (Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL)

  and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a

  target-driven, high-energy environment
