We’re looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

User Research & Strategy

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to derive actionable insights.
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and experience maps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product goals and align design strategies.

UI/Visual Design

• Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns.
• Build visually appealing interfaces that follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Ensure pixel-perfect design delivery across web and mobile platforms.

UX Design & Prototyping

• Design wireframes, workflows, information architecture, and user flows.
• Create interactive prototypes to test and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Solve complex design challenges with simplicity and clarity.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers.
• Present and justify design decisions backed by research and best practices.

Quality & Optimization

• Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability reviews.
• Continuously analyze user behavior and optimize designs based on metrics and feedback.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects across web and mobile.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with prototyping tools and motion/interaction design is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead design decisions.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
