Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end design of digital products, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that balance functionality and aesthetics. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions will be crucial. Advocating for user-centered design principles and usability best practices throughout the product development lifecycle will also be key. Additionally, conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs will be part of your role. Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance design quality and innovation and mentoring junior designers to contribute to building a strong design culture within the team will also be part of your responsibilities.
