Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

2. Design and optimize user journeys across responsive websites, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and complex dashboards.

3. Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

4. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and business teams to shape product direction. 

5. Create pixel-perfect UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines and usability standards. 

6. Lead or contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability. 

7. Use data and user feedback to iteratively improve design solutions. 

8. Stay informed of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, proactively bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Who we're looking for:

2. Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and accessibility principles.

3. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern design platforms.

4. Experience in creating responsive design systems, mobile-first UIs, and component-based design libraries. 

5. Solid portfolio demonstrating experience with end-to-end product design, especially for dashboards and mobile apps. 

6. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers (coding not required but is a plus). 

7. Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills; ability to present design rationale effectively. 

8. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset.
