Senior UI/UX Designer

Requirements: MUST Fluent in English & 5+ years experience in Figma

Location: Remote

Start Date: Early January/ASAP Preferred

Time Commitment: Full-time (40 Hours); Time-zone flexible.

Compensation: $1-2K USD/mo

The Role

We are hiring creative and detail-oriented interns to support our design team in shaping

the user experience of next-generation financial technology. Interns will work directly

with our product and engineering teams, as well as senior executives with decades of

experience in financial services and technology.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing intuitive

workflows and interfaces that simplify complex financial systems, while collaborating

closely with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and iteration of Norric's digital platform, including web

and mobile applications

Support user research and testing to understand user behavior and pain points

Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets to improve platform usability

and engagement

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into

elegant design solutions
