As a Senior Travel Consultant at Envisage, you will play a pivotal role in leading the travel services vertical, ensuring seamless travel experiences, enhancing client satisfaction, and managing end-to-end operations from inquiry to post-travel feedback. Your contribution will be key in supporting MICE and corporate travel initiatives, while bringing strategic thinking to improve efficiency and elevate service delivery. **Key Responsibilities** - Sales and client handling: Convert leads and manage client relationships effectively. - Itinerary planning: Craft compelling, detailed travel plans with a personalized approach. - Booking and coordination: Ensure flawless travel bookings and logistics execution. - Vendor and partner relations: Liaise with travel partners and service providers. - Customer support: Provide timely, round-the-clock support during all phases of travel. - Revenue generation: Meet targets through upselling, cross-selling, and client retention. - Team collaboration: Work closely with internal departments for smooth project execution. **Key Requirements** - Industry knowledge: Stay informed on travel trends, tools, and compliance updates. - Professional skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Tech-savvy: Comfortable using GDS systems, CRM tools, and travel management software. - Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). **Qualification Required** - Strong experience in travel consulting and travel management to handle complex itineraries. - Expertise in customizing itineraries as per diverse client needs. - Exceptional customer service mindset and a client-first approach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and retain client relationships. - A thorough understanding of international travel regulations and compliance norms. - Ability to manage corporate travel programs and meet business objectives. - Proficiency in ticketing services across GDS platforms. - Multilingual abilities to cater to a wider client base. - A Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.,
