As a Senior Travel Consultant/Destination Specialist, your role will involve utilizing your previous experience in the travel industry to assist clients in booking international holiday tour packages, flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services. You should have a strong understanding of multiple destinations such as Singapore, Bali, Maldives, Baku, and Hongkong, along with in-depth knowledge of popular attractions, accommodations, and transportation options. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in effectively interacting with clients and travel suppliers. In addition, your ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success in this role. Your exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills will enable you to resolve any travel-related issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip. Providing personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on clients" preferences, budget, and travel objectives will be a key responsibility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist clients in booking international holiday tour packages, flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services. - Handle customer inquiries from various sources, such as references. - Resolve any travel-related issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip. - Stay updated on travel regulations, airline policies, and industry news to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. - Keep detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and preferences in the CRM system. - Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the travel agency. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience as a Senior Travel Consultant/Destination Specialist or in a similar role within the travel industry. - Knowledge of multiple destinations like Singapore, Bali, Maldives, Baku, and Hongkong. - Strong understanding of travel booking systems and online travel tools such as TBO ETC. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills. - Minimum 1 year of experience in travel packages.
