Role & responsibilities

3+ years of experience in International & Domestic Travel/Ticketing.
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus or other GDS tools.• Good understanding of fare rules, airline contracts, and visa processing.• Excellent communication and customer service skills.• Graduate + IATA Certification preferred.• Experience in a TMC or corporate travel environment is an added advantage.
