Senior Travel Consultant

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant who can handle end-to-end travel planning, customize tour packages, manage client relationships, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality travel experiences.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and understand travel requirements (budget, dates, preferences)
• Design customized domestic and international tour packages
• Prepare detailed itineraries and accurate costings
• Provide expert guidance on destinations, sightseeing, seasons, and travel tips
• Coordinate hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, and other travel services
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
• Assist and guide junior travel consultants when required
• Ensure smooth execution of trips and handle client issues professionally
• Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, and booking records
• Collect client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations and tour planning
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings
• Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills
• Proficiency in booking systems, email, and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the travel & tourism industry
• Experience in destination management or tour operations
• Knowledge of customized tour packages and group travel
