Your role involves personalizing trips such as honeymoons, corporate journeys, friends getaways, or family vacations to make each moment truly special. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Sales & Client Engagement** - Respond to inquiries with a consultative approach across various platforms. - Understand client preferences and recommend customized travel solutions. - Drive conversions through meaningful conversations and proactive follow-ups. - **Itinerary Planning & Customization** - Design tailored travel packages based on customer interests, timelines, and budgets. - Stay updated on trending destinations, seasonal offerings, and exclusive experiences. - Utilize our in-house tech platform to provide real-time itinerary options. - **Booking & Vendor Coordination** - Manage end-to-end bookings for flights, accommodations, activities, and transfers. - Coordinate with trusted vendors to secure competitive rates and ensure seamless operations. - **Customer Experience** - Offer pre-trip guidance, on-trip assistance, and post-trip support with attention to detail. - Proactively resolve issues to ensure a smooth travel experience for customers. - **Revenue Generation & Growth** - Exceed monthly sales goals through new client acquisition and repeat business. - Cross-sell premium experiences to enhance customer value and company revenue. - **Team Collaboration** - Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. **Qualifications Required:** - Familiarity with global and domestic travel destinations, packages, and pricing trends. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in travel booking platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. - Fluent in English; additional regional or international languages are a plus.
