Job Title: Career Counselor – International Voice Process (USA) Location: Visnagar, Gujarat Type: Full-time, On-site (Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST, aligned to USA time zone) About the Role We’re looking for an energetic communicator who can connect with U.S.-based professionals over the phone, understand their needs, and guide them toward our career development and education solutions. The role blends counseling, communication, and sales — your voice and confidence will be the key tools. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to U.S. candidates and discuss career opportunities and programs that match their goals. Understand candidate profiles, answer questions clearly, and build genuine trust through conversation. Present company offerings in a clear, persuasive way to drive conversions and meet sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups using CRM tools. Achieve daily and monthly targets for outreach, enrollments, and closures. Work collaboratively with internal teams to refine sales scripts and share on-ground insights. What We’re Looking For Excellent English communication — fluent, confident, and comfortable on international calls. Prior experience in BPO, telesales, or international voice process is preferred. Ability to listen actively, handle objections smartly, and close deals professionally. Strong interpersonal skills and self-driven attitude — comfortable working in a target-oriented setup.
