Job Summary:As a Senior Telesales Executive at Shubh Yatra, you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls, promoting the company’s travel services, and managing a team of telesales agents (if applicable). You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall growth of the company’s telesales operations. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads. Promote and sell travel packages (flights, hotels, tour packages, etc.). Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate travel solutions. Sales Targets & Performance: Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain a high conversion rate by engaging with potential clients effectively. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Provide high-quality customer service, answering queries and resolving issues related to bookings, pricing, and services. Offer personalized travel solutions based on customer preferences and budgets. Team Leadership (If Applicable): Supervise, mentor, and train junior telesales agents. Conduct regular team meetings, monitor daily performance, and ensure KPIs are being met. Help in coaching and motivating the team to enhance their sales performance. Product Knowledge & Upselling: Stay updated with the company’s travel services, promotions, and deals. Upsell additional services (e.g., add-ons like travel insurance, upgrades) to maximize revenue per sale.
