Key Responsibilities:Tele Sales: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote salon services, products, and packages. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction. Lead Generation: Identify and target potential leads through various channels (social media, online directories, referrals). Sales Target: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with salon services, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments for clients, provide reminders, and follow up on upcoming visits. Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to improve service quality and enhance customer experience. CRM Management: Update and maintain customer database, track leads, and record sales activities. Requirements:Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role (preferably in the beauty or wellness industry). Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly tone. Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of salon services and products is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work well under pressure and achieve targets. Desired Skills:Friendly and professional demeanor.
