Handle inbound inquiries professionally, addressing customer issues and providing detailed product information. Maintain and update customer records and call logs in the CRM system. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and performance targets. Provide accurate product and service information and suggest solutions based on customer needs. Train and mentor junior telecallers, sharing best practices and assisting with complex queries. Provide regular feedback on customer trends, issues, and successful sales methods to management. Develop growth strategies and plans based on market and customer feedback. Required skills and qualifications Experience: Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as a telecaller or in a similar sales or customer service role. Communication: Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a confident, polite phone etiquette. Sales aptitude: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting sales targets. Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications like MS Excel.
