Heaven of Tattoos

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller for our tattoo studio who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining services and offers, persuading clients to book appointments, and following up to ensure maximum footfall at the studio. The role includes maintaining client records, coordinating with artists for scheduling, sharing promotions and membership benefits, and politely resolving customer queries while consistently achieving call and conversion targets
