Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.

* Sales Conversion: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and convert them into customers.

* Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior telemarketing staff to achieve individual and team targets.

* CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

* Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

* Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Experience: Minimum 3 years in telemarketing or telesales, with at least 1 year in a senior or leadership role.

* Education: Graduate in any discipline.

* Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Telugu is a plus.

* Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office

* Leadership: Strong team management and mentoring abilities.

* Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
