Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with potential clients over the phone. This role is crucial in generating leads, promoting our services, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

* Follow up with leads to generate interest and set appointments for the sales team.

* Maintain accurate records of all calls, client interactions, and leads in the CRM system.

* Respond to customer queries and provide excellent service.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

* Stay updated with company offerings, promotions, and market trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Experience: Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.

* Education: Graduate or Diploma (any discipline).

* Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi

* Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

* Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, persuasive, and confident over the phone.

* Sales Orientation: Driven to achieve targets and contribute to team goals.
