Senior Telemarketing Executive

A real estate telecaller's primary function is to generate leads by making outbound calls to potential clients about properties. Key responsibilities include explaining property details, scheduling viewings and appointments, maintaining customer records in a CRM, and following up with prospects to convert them into sales opportunities. Responsibilities

• Lead generation: Make outbound calls to introduce property listings to potential buyers and renters.
• Information provider: Provide detailed information on available properties, including prices, amenities, and locations.
• Appointment setting: Schedule property viewings and meetings for potential clients with sales representatives or agents.
• CRM management: Maintain and update customer records and interaction history in a CRM system.
• Follow-up: Follow up with leads and unresponsive prospects to gauge interest and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Sales support: Support the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads and collaborating to achieve sales targets.
• Market awareness: Maintain a thorough understanding of current property listings and market trends.

Skills and qualifications
