Role Overview

The Senior Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end student inquiries, tele-counseling, and admissions conversion for Jain Online programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and a deep understanding of the online education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students interested in Jain Online programs.
  • Provide accurate counseling regarding program options, eligibility, fee structure, and career benefits.
  • Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, online forms, and social media.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with call logs, inquiries, and conversion status.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Offer mentorship to junior telecallers and ensure adherence to process quality.
  • Represent Jain Online with professionalism and maintain strong brand communication.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills in Hindi and English (regional language preferred).
  • Strong ability to build rapport and close admissions over calls.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, counseling, or student support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and lead tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling pressure.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in online education, edtech, or higher education counseling.
  • Candidates with prior experience in UGC-approved online degree programs will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,578.23 per month
