Senior Telecaller

Roles and responsibilities1. Lead Generation and Sales:

• Generate leads: Make outbound calls to potential business clients from a given database, and engage in cold-calling to generate new leads.
• Promote products: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and technical specifications of various printing machines to potential customers.
• Qualify leads: Accurately assess customer needs and identify qualified leads for the field sales team.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build rapport: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients over the phone to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Handle inquiries: Respond to customer queries about products, services, and offers with accurate information.
• Resolve complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer needs have been met.

3. Team Leadership and Support:

• Train and mentor: Guide and train junior telecallers on product knowledge, call scripts, and sales techniques.
• Optimize strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and improve calling strategies and scripts.
• Monitor performance: Help set and monitor performance metrics for the telecalling team to ensure targets are met efficiently.
• Provide feedback: Report observations and analysis of customer interactions and market trends to senior management.

4. Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain CRM: Keep the CRM or database accurately updated with detailed records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and lead status.
• Generate reports: Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call volume, lead generation, and conversions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
