We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller Executives to join our growing team and contribute to our seller acquisition and customer support process. Roles & Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to prospective sellers and customers. Explain company products and services and onboard new sellers. Maintain and update customer database in Excel/CRM. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries professionally. Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion. Maintain good relationships with sellers and clients. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets. Requirements : Any Graduate. Strong communication skills. Good time management and organizational skills. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
