Job Description

The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales/service team. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong product understanding, and the ability to guide customers in the automobile domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling

  • Attend inbound calls and assist customers with product/service inquiries
  • Provide complete information about automobiles, spare parts, pricing, features, and offers
  • Guide customers through vehicle/service booking procedures

2. Lead Generation & Follow-up

  • Call potential customers from database and generate qualified leads
  • Maintain follow-up with warm leads to convert into showroom visits or service bookings
  • Track and update lead status in CRM/Excel

3. Sales Support

  • Coordinate with Sales Executives and Service Advisors for customer appointments
  • Share quotations, brochures, and offer details with interested customers
  • Assist in cross-selling and up-selling automotive products/services

4. Complaint Handling

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and forward them to the concerned department
  • Ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up sheets, and lead reports
  • Submit daily/weekly performance reports to the Team Leader/Manager
  • Update customer details accurately in CRM/ERP system

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills
  • Ability to understand technical details of automobiles
  • Good command over CRM tools, Excel & call administration
  • Confident, energetic, and target-oriented

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 12th / Graduate (Any Stream)
  • 2–3 years of telecalling experience (Automobile sector preferred)
  • Experience in sales, service reminders, insurance follow-ups, or spare parts calling is a plus
