🔹 About The Role

We are hiring a

Senior Telecaller

who can manage telecalling operations, lead the calling team, and drive sales conversions for a leading healthcare & aesthetic services organization. The candidate should be strong in counselling, lead management, and team supervision.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

📞 Telecalling & Sales

Handle inbound & outbound calls for enquiries regarding clinic services.
Convert leads into confirmed appointments through effective counselling.
Maintain high conversion ratios and achieve monthly sales targets.
Manage lead follow-ups and ensure proper communication flow.

👥 Team Leadership

Lead and supervise a team of telecallers (5–10 members).
Train team on calling scripts, objection handling & service knowledge.
Monitor call quality, productivity, and team performance metrics.

📊 Operations & Coordination

Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and track conversions.
Coordinate with operations team for appointment scheduling and service flow.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and performance dashboards.
Ensure smooth communication between marketing, clinic staff & telecalling team.
