Job Description

Company Overview:

We are a growing PCD Pharma company expanding our network across India. We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller who can effectively communicate with clients, generate new business leads, and support the overall growth of the company.

Position: Telecaller / Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients for PCD Pharma business inquiries.

2. Explain company products, business model, and schemes to interested parties.

3. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure conversions.

4. Manage existing client relationships and ensure smooth communication.

5. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team and maintain daily call reports.

6. Build long-term professional relationships with business partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong communication and convincing skills.

2. Confident, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to engage clients professionally on calls.

4. Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, WhatsApp).

5. Knowledge of PCD Pharma or pharma industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,016.03 - ₹28,822.58 per month

Work Location: In person
