Senior Technology Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Technology Operations Analyst to join our Agile Framework tools team in Noida. We are hiring a Senior Jira and Confluence Administrator proficient in Scriptrunner, groovy scripting to manage Atlassian Jira environments, providing end-to-end administration, integration, and support.
The ideal candidate will own system configuration, automation, integrations, governance, and best practices while partnering closely with business stakeholders, technical teams. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in Groovy scripting and build custom behaviors, scripted fields/ validators, listeners.

About you - Skills & Experience

• Computer Science related bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of equivalent hands-on administration experience with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
• Design and implement scalable workflows, schemes and other configurations.
• Strong experience on Rovo, Automation, Salesforce integration (Goldfinger plugin), ServiceNow, Structures, Roadmaps.
• Strong experience in config standardization, plugin analysis, troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in SQL and AWS platform (EC2, RDS).

It would be great if you have

• Atlassian Certifications (ACP-120, ACP-620, etc.).
• Familiarity with Rovo AI, Cloud migration concepts and Atlassian Cloud limitations.
• Experience creating and maintaining Atlassian Analytics along with Power BI capabilities.
• Worked on ServiceNow integration with Jira Cloud through API.

What would you be doing in the role

• Act as the primary escalation point for all Jira/Confluence request/ issues.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify root cause, propose remediation, and prevent recurrence.
• Monitor system performance, audit logs, and integration failures, resolving issues proactively.
• Partner with business teams, product owners, and SMEs to translate requirements into stable Jira/Confluence solutions.
• Host training sessions, workshops, and best-practice reviews for teams across the organization.
• Oversee cleanup, archiving, lifecycle management, and adherence to naming conventions and governance policies.
• Serve as the Atlassian SME for the team, mentoring junior admins and supporting cross-functional tech groups.
• Work independently on complex tasks and drive long-term improvements without relying on daily direction.

About the Team-

• Team of skilled Administrator cum developer supporting 7k+ users.
• Owning Jira and Confluence include development, support, incident management and various integrations.

• Fulltime
• 40 hrs/week
• India/ EMEA hours
