Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sewage treatment, water treatment, and desalination plants. Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules to ensure alignment with the latest industry standards and technologies. Hands-on Training: Facilitate practical sessions in state-of-the-art laboratories and workshops, providing trainees with real-world scenarios and problem-solving exercises. Assessment & Certification: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainee competencies. Issue certifications upon successful completion of training programs. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of technological advancements in water treatment processes and integrate relevant updates into training programs. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all training activities adhere to safety regulations and industry best practices. Desired Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering. Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of sewage treatment, water treatment, and desalination plants, with at least 5 years in a training or instructional role. Certifications: Relevant certifications in water treatment processes and training methodologies are highly desirable. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of water treatment technologies, including Reverse Osmosis (RO), Membrane Bioreactors (MBR), and desalination processes. Training Skills: Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs, with experience in both classroom and practical settings. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Preferred Attributes: Industry Recognition: Experience working with or training personnel for major projects in the water treatment sector. Leadership: Ability to mentor junior trainers and contribute to the overall growth of the training department.
