Senior Visualizer and Multimedia Specialist As a Senior Visualizer and Multimedia Specialist, your core responsibility is to understand content and create engaging visuals. You must be able to think out-of-the-box and visualize creative designs and layouts for E-learning Courseware, Learning Management System (LMS) Portal, Course Launch Pages, Marketing Communication, and Infographics. Responsibilities Understand and keep up-to-date with the changing design standards and guidelines set by client Work independently, which includes: reading, understanding, and replying to client emails/chats Proactive communication within team and with client Understand scope of work and meet daily targets set as per client schedule Work with Instructional Designers, Multimedia Specialists, Graphic Artists, and Programmers Conceptualize, design, and produce graphics demonstrating complex technical constructs and concepts. Create detailed storyboards and mechanicals for video production using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign Create interactive graphics and videos using a variety of tools, including Adobe Coach team members on visualization and reviewing their work to check for adherence to standards Enhance your technical expertise in tools and content Maintain daily plan sheet and adhere to core working hours, and follow WFH policies Communicate with customers and users with excellent customer-focused communication skills Demonstrate the ability to develop competence in using new software quickly Learn, use, and manage any new tools that are required to meet business needs Perform any task that the business need drives, and the company/management considers fitting within the purview of your skills, present or after training/enablement Skills Any graduate with relevant experience and skills Strong communication skills Must have working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop and InDesign are a plus as well) Experience creating icons and info-graphics Digital illustration skills are a plus Needs to be able to create storyboards, and large numbers of graphics, quickly Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience of working with authoring tools such as Articulate Studio will be an added advantage Understanding of human computer factors and interface design Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Experience working with medical information is a plus
Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Deliver high-quality, engaging technical training live (in-person, virtual, and recorded) for internal teams, customers, and partners. Present complex topics clearly and accessibly, ensuring learners gain both conceptual knowledge and practical skills. Software Development Integration Design and maintain hands-on labs, demos, and code samples leveraging APIs, SDKs, and automation frameworks. Write scripts, integrations, and sample applications (Groovy, PowerShell, Python, Java, etc.) to simulate real-world customer use cases. Contribute to reusable technical assets beyond training (e.g., developer enablement resources, GitHub repositories). Content Development Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, lab guides, videos, and assessments. Build scalable, reusable content libraries that reflect product updates and evolving best practices. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and value. Continuous Improvement Measure training effectiveness and apply learner feedback to improve delivery and content. Stay current with new LogicMonitor features, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Explore innovative learning approaches (interactive labs, gamification, video-first content). Required Qualifications 4+ years in a technical training, enablement, or instructional design role. 3+ years of professional software development or scripting experience (Groovy, PowerShell, Python, Java, or similar). Strong grasp of APIs, automation, and software integration in SaaS or enterprise environments. Proven experience designing and developing technical training content (presentations, labs, eLearning, videos). Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM systems, LMS platforms, and enablement tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with LogicMonitor or other observability/monitoring platforms such as DataDog, SolarWinds, DynaTrace or New Relic Experience with DevOps and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Instructional design certification or experience with adult learning methodologies. Proficiency with content development tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite).
