Compensation:

Base salary - $15,000 USD
Contract Placement Commissions - 2% of profit margin
Direct Hire Placement Commissions - 2.5% of company placement fee

Must Have Skills:

6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and AI/ML roles
Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in both contract and direct-hire roles
Experience leveraging AI and technology to become ultra efficient
Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities and Job Details:

Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including Cybersecurity Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevSecOps, Data Scientists, and AI/ML Engineers
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in a competitive market
Screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates to hiring managers with a focus on speed and accuracy
Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance
Maintain compliance with OFCCP and internal audit requirements when necessary
Provide market insights and data-driven recruiting recommendations to hiring teams
Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles
Collaborate with marketing and employer branding teams to enhance outreach efforts
Stay updated on industry trends in cybersecurity, IT, and AI hiring to maintain a competitive edge
