Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, React, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving the design and delivery of modern web and cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Java/Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Design and document system architecture, data flows, and integration points.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless API integration with React and JavaScript-based UIs.
• Ensure the application is secure, scalable, and cloud-optimized using AWS or Azure services.
• Conduct impact analysis, effort estimation, and provide technical direction for critical modules.
• Participate in code reviews, system design sessions, and deployment planning.
• Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD and cloud deployment best practices.
• Support post-deployment monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts, enforcing coding standards and documentation practices.

Required Skills (Mandatory):

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful Web Services
• Proficient in React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, Postman
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and API Gateway
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with OAuth2/JWT/Security best practices
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a full-stack or back-end engineering/analyst role
• Cloud certification (AWS/Azure) preferred but not mandatory
