Senior Technical Analyst

Role Overview: As an Oracle Fusion/On Prem ERP HCM Technical Architect, you will utilize your high level of techno-functional skills, in-depth knowledge of Oracle products, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in customer interaction/service. This role offers you the opportunity to work with Cloud and On-Premise customers, where you will be responsible for advising on complex use of Oracle products, resolving highly complex issues, and mentoring others to promote their technical and professional development. Your role will also involve standardizing the customer experience, automating support processes, and serving as a Situation Manager on sensitive issues. Additionally, you will be involved in the creation and review of Knowledge Articles. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with customers for advising on complex use of Oracle products - Resolve highly complex and mission-critical issues - Provide formal mentoring to promote the technical and professional development of others - Standardize customer experience by implementing support processes - Automate support processes and troubleshooting steps - Serve as a Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues - Create and review Knowledge Articles Qualifications Required: - Any professional qualification (BE/ B Tech/MCA/ MSc (Comp Science)) - In-depth technical architecture knowledge in at least 4 modules, preferably in Core HR, Fusion Talent, Fusion Learn, Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC), Core HR, Absence, Time and Labor - Fusion certified in at least two of the above modules - In-depth knowledge of APIs, BIP/OTBI reporting, and analytic skills - Solutioning Skills, HCM extracts, Fast Formulas - Functional knowledge of the modules in the stated area of expertise,
