Senior Talent Sourcer

**Job Description** As a Sourcer at AMS, your role is vital in contributing to the success of our clients by collaborating with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to establish effective and professional relationships. Your primary responsibility involves understanding the clients" needs and roles thoroughly, utilizing data, historical hiring patterns, and market analysis to devise customized sourcing strategies. Your tasks also include employing various tools and techniques to identify top talent in the market and acting as a brand ambassador for clients to engage candidates effectively before presenting them to Hiring Managers. You may also handle specialized hiring needs that demand innovative approaches and strong business partnering skills. In this position, you will interact with client stakeholders such as Hiring Managers, Recruiters (AMS or Client), and Candidates. **Key Responsibilities** - Act as a Trusted Adviser by fostering partnerships with Recruiters to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. - Provide subject matter expertise in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefings, ensuring a thorough understanding of the clients" business and role requirements. - Source and engage high-caliber talent through innovative sourcing strategies and critical thinking. - Proactively source candidates through multiple channels. - Build and maintain strong candidate relationships. - Participate in hiring manager briefings and recruiter status calls. - Provide market intelligence and data-driven insights. - Ensure data accuracy and expand talent pools. **Qualification Required** - 3+ years of Sourcing Experience with Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written). - Proven sourcing and effective stakeholder management skills. - Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously. - Expertise in Leadership hiring and Volume hiring delivery. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing technology and industry trends. - Organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively. - Must have knowledge of MS Office. - Minimum- Graduate/Bachelors in any stream.
