Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete hiring cycles across multiple GTM and Consulting roles simultaneously
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers and convert business needs into clear scorecards, interview structures, and job descriptions
- Build strong top-of-funnel pipelines primarily through direct sourcing—Boolean/x-ray strategies, referrals, communities, and targeted outreach
- Lead structured interviews, maintain rubric consistency, reduce bias, and ensure timely decision-making
- Own the candidate experience—from first interaction to offer acceptance, including pre-boarding communication
- Create talent intelligence and market maps, including competitor insights and organizational structures
- Run compensation benchmarking, craft compelling offers, negotiate confidently, and close talent efficiently
- Maintain ATS hygiene with strong reporting on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and DEI insights
- Partner with Brand/Comms teams to strengthen employer branding across GTM and Consulting communities
- Continuously refine interview processes, templates, automation workflows, and dashboards to increase efficiency and raise the talent bar
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in GTM and Consulting roles—Customer Success, Implementations, Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting, and core G&A functions
- Strong experience in direct sourcing and community-led hiring, with the ability to map and engage talent from consulting-heavy organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to push for clarity, alignment, and quality
- A data-driven mindset—you rely on funnel metrics to prioritize, forecast, and improve outcomes
- Exceptional written communication skills for crafting briefs, outreach messaging, and candidate narratives
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby, and comfort with spreadsheets for reporting
- Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced, and iterative environments with high ownership and autonomy
- Bonus points for experience in early-stage or growth-stage B2B SaaS, AI platforms, or supply-chain/analytics-driven industries
- Strong ability to build structured interviews, rubrics, and scalable hiring processes
