This role goes beyond recruitment—you will partner closely with stakeholders to understand both technical and non-technical requirements, source top talent, and ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring process. You will also contribute to process improvements and help shape a strong candidate experience, while keeping business context in mind to make smarter hiring decisions.Responsibilities -
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both Technology and Non-Technology positions, with a primary focus on non-engineering roles.(Marketing/Product/Strategy/Business/Operations/Supply/Analytics/HR/Finance/Legal e.t.c)
Source top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other platforms.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, team needs, and broader business context.Screen candidates for technical skills, business acumen, and cultural fit.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and metrics.Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and innovative sourcing strategies.Requirements
3-5 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition, preferably across both Tech and Non-Tech roles.Strong sourcing skills
with hands-on experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.Ability to understand business fundamentals
and align hiring to organizational goals.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management skills.Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Benefits
