Talent Acquisition Specialist Restaurant Business (Hospitality)

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across our restaurant business, ensuring a pipeline of high-quality talent for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers, proactive candidate sourcing, and ownership of a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening applications, interviewing and assessing candidates, and making recommendations.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, hospitality networking events, and campus recruitment to attract talent.
• Ensure all recruitment activities promote our brand and provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment records, metrics, and compliance documentation throughout the process.
• Negotiate job offers and work with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Keep updated with hospitality hiring trends and maintain knowledge of competitor practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality domain.
• Strong understanding of hospitality roles and nuances in sourcing for the restaurant industry.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
