Wipro is looking for IT recruiters for a Contractual Role. Open Loc : Bangalore / Hyderabad Employment Type : Contractual ( 6 months ) | Might get renewed basis company requirement & performance. Shifts : Regular -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Role : Create and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational goals and workforce needs. Sourcing Candidates - Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and fostering a welcoming environment. Work closely with hiring managers and departments to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies. Conduct & Coordinate Walk-in Drives. Requirement : Should have at least 3 Years of experience in Recruitment ( IT ) Should be okay to work with volume requirement. Looking for someone who can join on an early basis. Should be comfortable working from office.
