Job Title: Tools Administrator (Zabbix and ServiceNow) Purpose: The Tools Administrator will be responsible for administering Zabbix and ServiceNow tools, ensuring seamless monitoring and incident management processes. Main Priorities: 1. Zabbix administration 2. ServiceNow administration 3. Sound understanding of monitoring metrics and ITSM concepts 4. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms 5. Incident management and response 6. Collaboration with Infra & Application teams 7. Incident logging and resolution tracking Key Outputs: Complete tasks and tickets within SLA's in Zabbix and ServiceNow Relationships: Internal: Team Leads, Project Managers, Transition Managers, Operation Managers Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related area Skills/Knowledge: 1. Experience with Business Rules in ServiceNow 2. Customization of console and dashboards 3. Hands-on experience with Zabbix and ServiceNow 4. Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and Windows 5. Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Shell) 6. Basic knowledge of networks and databases 7. Strong knowledge of ITSM tools 8. Good knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management 9. Strong troubleshooting skills 10. Strong reporting skills 11.
