BMS Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time (Contractual Role ) on-site for a BMS Engineer, located in Guwahati. The BMS Engineer will be responsible for overseeing building management systems, managing building services, and ensuring effective facility management (FM). Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Building Management, Management Systems, and Building Management Systems
• Experience with Building Services and Facility Management (FM)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Diploma, M.Sc or MCA
• Relevant certifications in Building Management Systems are a plus
• 2-3 years in relevent experiance or BMS
