Job Description

The main focus of the role will be to work with senior leaders to develop winning proposals for strategic prospects (90% of time). Assist the Property Buildings business unit / market segment with strategy and targets. Act as a gate keeper for the business in terms of governance, process, branding etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coherence in proposal development. Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes within the business unit/market segment. Support in the identification and evaluation of potential strategic partnerships or alliances. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy development. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the business unit/market segment. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the business units visibility and reputation. We d Love to Hear from You If You Have Bachelors in related fields 10 years experience on a major construction project; preferably in a construction logistics role along with Strong Bid Management Experience - current or past in our industry Excellent technical content writing skills The ability to think strategically. Good visual / presentation skills Basic commercial acumen
