Role Overview: As a Proposal Development Manager, your main focus will be to work with senior leaders to develop winning proposals for strategic prospects. You will also assist the Property & Buildings business unit / market segment with strategy and targets. Additionally, you will act as a gatekeeper for the business in terms of governance, process, branding, etc. It is crucial for you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coherence in proposal development. Furthermore, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes within the business unit/market segment will be part of your responsibilities. You will also support in the identification and evaluation of potential strategic partnerships or alliances. Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy development will be essential. Moreover, contributing to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the business unit/market segment and participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and reputation are key aspects of this role.
